• Contact details you submit through forms, the on-site chat assistant, or by emailing or calling us — typically your name, company, email address, phone number, and the content of your message or inquiry
• Information shared during sales conversations or quote requests, such as program details, technical requirements, or shipping addresses

Information collected automatically:

• Standard server logs, including IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and timestamps
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies set by us and by third-party analytics and advertising tools (see Section 3)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, and provide products and services you request
• Communicate with you about projects, orders, and ongoing business
• Operate, maintain, and improve our website and the user experience
• Measure the effectiveness of our marketing, including paid advertising on Google and LinkedIn
• Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and contractual obligations — including U.S. export controls (ITAR/EAR) where relevant

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising Tools

Our website uses third-party tools that may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser:

• Google Analytics & Google Ads — we use these to understand how visitors use the site and to measure ad performance and conversions. See Google's privacy policy for details.
• LinkedIn Insight Tag — we use the LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure ad performance and to deliver retargeted advertising to LinkedIn members who have visited our site. See LinkedIn's privacy policy for details.
• On-site AI chat assistant — messages you type into the chat widget are processed by our hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare) and by our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate responses. Conversations and any contact details you share may be forwarded to AITI staff so we can follow up.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics via the Google opt-out browser add-on, and manage LinkedIn ad preferences in your LinkedIn account settings.

4. How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to operate the business:

• With service providers who help us run the site, send email, host data, and provide analytics or advertising platforms (each subject to its own privacy practices)
• With government agencies, prime contractors, or auditors when required to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or contractual obligations — including U.S. defense and export-control requirements
• In connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or asset sale

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing.

5. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, to comply with our legal and contractual obligations (including records-retention requirements applicable to government and aerospace contractors), and to resolve disputes.

6. Data Security

AITI maintains administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. As an AS9100-certified, ITAR-registered, CMMC-aligned aerospace and defense supplier, we apply security controls appropriate to the information we handle. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

7. Your Choices

• You can choose not to provide information through our forms or chat — though doing so may limit our ability to respond to your inquiry.
• You can request that we update or delete personal information we hold about you by contacting us at the address below. We will respond consistent with applicable law.
• If you are a resident of California, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with applicable privacy laws, you may have additional rights, such as the right to access, correct, or delete personal information, and to lodge a complaint with a regulator. Contact us to exercise these rights.

8. Children's Privacy

Our website is intended for business use and is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can delete it.

9. International Visitors

AITI is based in the United States. If you visit our website from outside the U.S., information you provide may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
